Connect Dropship suplier API with Woocmerce Websop

We are building a new store and we need to connect our supliers api with our shop. If possible we would like to have a stand alone wordpress plugin that can be installed on different shops. Or if cheaper just api intergration for one shop, it depends on your price… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, WordPress)
