2. What change approach was used? We covered 2 this semester: Lewin and Kotter. You can use other appropriate change models.
3. Change elements to consider: What are the influencing factors impacting change e.g. leadership, communication, etc.
4. Measurement of the change i.e. how would you evaluate it. I have suggested using either the Logic model or CDC’s evaluation model.
NOTE: A Please do not take references from google web, books, unauthorized journals, governmentreports, and take the articles ( should have proper citation)from 2009 to 2015
