15 page paper (At least 17 pages in total:  15 pages of content, a title page separate from the content, and a 1+ page reference section using MLA format), double spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman format, that would replace your work.  Attached is all the school info i have access to. Paper must be THOROUGH and NOT SKIMP with the minimum of 15 pages being needed for paper of substantive content and then 1 for references.

All the information on the topic I have is attached, any further information needed can be acquired from other references.

The topic of the paper will be an examination of Competency Based Education (CBE), in three parts:

1. A description of CBE, comparing and contrasting the brick and mortar model you are accustomed to an online CBE program.  You will need to discuss at least two schools: one will be your previous client, Excelsior College, and one or more institutions that use a model of education delivery that resembles CBE as you define it.  This should be easy since this was part of what was expected earlier in the semester when the project was first described and assigned. No more than one page of diagrams or visualizations in this section, please.

2. Financial analysis and comparison between the client (Excelsior College) and whatever institution or institutions you may have looked at for your project (or find some if you were unable to do any work on this prior to having to step back from the class).  You are welcome to embed Excel sheets into the document, but a maximum of two pages of useful, supportive data visualization or excel sheet should be used. For your baseline figures, please consult the webpage of your client and whatever school or schools you are using for comparison.

3. Using the Agile development model, fully outline and describe the process by which you would collect data, design, test, implement, and evaluate the CBE program for use by the client.  Be sure to identify the different task groups you will need in order to accomplish the task.    You should also find this straightforward.  No more than one page of diagrams or visualizations in this section, please.

Writing should be professional, as though you are preparing a report for an actual client.
