Part 1: A Problem Exists
Thesis: citizens should possess concealed guns for protection
The citizens need to carry their concealed weapons to workplace in order to have a safer environment for themselves and take care of their lives. Anywhere the citizens may take their concealed weapons with them. Workplace involves numeral number of workers and citizens with the concealed weapons have to make sure that they do not interfere with their colleagues in the workplace (Moffat, 2000) In a clear concise, the law abiding citizens who take their guns with them in the workplace rarely use them except in the matters regarding the self-defense but not to disturb the employees in the workplace.
Citizens should be allowed to carry their concealed weapons to their workplace in order to protect themselves. This is because, security all over is whack and it has been identified as global issue within the workplace. If the citizens are allowed to carry their concealed weapons to the workplace, then there must have some rules to bind the law abiding credentials. This means that the citizens have to be responsible, serious in dealing with any situation and also be kind (Franze, 1998). Citizens have freedom to live and therefore what they ought to decide is regarding their primary role as pro-gun control.
Describing the history and status of individual gun possessing issue, the 2nd Amendment portrays that citizens have their right to protect themselves. This is because the Government cannot always provide an immediate action in case of individual’s attack by criminals or thugs. However, most of the states where individuals carry concealed guns publicly experience fewer crimes because these criminals suffer the consequences whereby they are scared. Certainly, if the individuals are no longer supposed to have concealed guns publicly, the number of criminals would rise and more crimes would be seen (Lott, 2003). The proponents of concealed carry guns states that criminal are quite less likely to attack someone who they believe is armed. The ideal is accustomed in 2nd Amendment which addresses that people have the right to keep and bear weapons because most of these people are law-abiding and does not misuse their weapons.
The first problem identified regarding thesis “citizens should possess concealed guns for protection” is that, every month there are news regarding killings whereby the concealed permit holders commit this crime. Certainly, the first problem addresses that, allowing people to carry concealed guns in a densely populated cities or on crowded sub highways poses a recipe for disaster. The second problem identified states that, the concealed handgun attributes to homicide (Franze, 1998). This is because; most of the people die in the hands of concealed handgun carrying killers. In contrary to laws which bound the permit of individual’s carrying handgun the laws do not decrease crime but preferably these laws increases crime.
The third problem which is identified tackles most the ethical valuables whereby the individuals who own guns tend to expose themselves to the people by talking in bad manners because they have guns. Most of the individuals behave ill-mannered because they are harmed (Lott, 2010). This sounds unethical, workplace is not a place where employee can subdue their co-workers because they have concealed guns but should be having same powers.
The rationale for carrying the concealed weapons is that, I propose that the individuals should be allowed to carry their concealed weapons so that they may protect themselves. This is because of the violence which the individuals who have concealed weapons tend to avoid when they take their concealed weapons by themselves. The main criteria presented here explores that the appropriate satisfactory of employee within the workplace is to be free from the threats from any sort of physical or violence (Lott, 2003). Carrying concealed handgun in public is allowed for non-law enforcement officials.
In a clear concise, the opponents of concealed weapon carriers argues that there is an increased gun ownership which attributed to more gun crimes and unintended gun injuries. In moral point of view, there is threat to the society in regards to social perspectives whereby the society would not be safer by having much guns in the streets. Rationale for the laws is that most of Americans have right to bear arms in defending themselves. The rules prohibiting guns in workplace have been identified to be upheld by most courts (Franze, 1998).The workplace weapons policies extend beyond the confirmed violations and establish the procedures for handling suspected violations of weapons policy. The workplace weapon policies play a major role for reducing risk of evidence in workplace by setting behavioral expectation for established employees.
Part 2: Solution to Problem and Advantages
Thesis: Citizens should have freedom to carry their concealed weapons to their workplace. The right of allowing the individuals to carry their concealed weapons recognizes the value of the firearms for the defense of life, property and liberty (Franze, 1998). Certainly, the government has most of the rules which pertaining gun ownership and they have to be used safely if owned legally.
Citizens should be allowed to carry their concealed weapons to their workplace. This is because citizens have to be responsible and adhere to the rules that bound the law-abiding. Law abiding citizens who take their guns with them in the workplace rarely use them except in matters regarding self-defense but not to disturb or to scare the employees in the workplace (Lott, 2010) The 2nd Amendment portrays that citizens have their right to protect themselves and by this means they have freedom to go anywhere with their concealed weapons. Individuals are supposed to carry their concealed guns to workplace because this slow down the rate of criminal attacks.
Considering Pathos (an emotion connection, how the audience’s feelings are engaged), the theme regarding this issue portrays that, it is unethical to prohibit the individuals from carrying their concealed weapons to the workplace because they ought to protect themselves. Therefore, in a point of view, workplace weapon policies play a major role for reducing risk gun violence in workplace by setting behavioral expectation for established employees (Lott, 2003). Government cannot be reliable in providing an immediate action in case of individual’s attack by criminals. The credibility explores the appropriate action which may be put forward regarding argumentation of whether Citizens should have freedom to carry their concealed weapons to their workplace.
The first advantage is ethically, people who own guns tend to expose themselves to the people in
an abusive way or manners because they have guns. It sounds unethical because workplace is not
a place where employee can subdue their co-workers because they have concealed guns but
should have same powers (Lott, 2003). In most cases, the individuals with concealed weapons
treat the other members of the society in ill-mannered way and sometimes tend to torture them. .
The second advantage is considering economic issue, the opponents of concealed weapon
carriers argues that there is an increased gun ownership which attributed to more gun crimes and
unintended gun violence. In moral point of view, there is threat to the society regarding the social
perspectives whereby the society would not be safer by having much guns in the streets (Lott,
2010). Certainly, the economic issue simply affects the stakeholders, competitors and financial
stability of the company.
The third advantage is social issue within the thesis states that, most of Americans have right to
bear arms in defending themselves. The rules prohibiting guns in workplace have been
indentified to be upheld by most courts. Workplace weapon policies play a major role for
reducing risk of evidence in workplace by setting behavioral expectation for established
employees. In a social way, people engage in differently to each other (Lott, 2003). By this
reason, the socio-influences are weighing off the appropriate human dignity.
There is an advantage to the workplace when individuals are allowed to go with their weapons in workplace. This is because individual should take concealed weapons by themselves to the workplace so that they may be able to deal with criminals or even protect themselves from emergency attacks (Miller, 2008). Moreover, the workplace weapons policies are extended beyond the confirmed violations and establishment of the procedures for handling suspected violations of weapons policy.
In conclusion, the individual should be allowed to possess concealed weapons even to the workplace so that they may secure themselves from any sort of crime taking place from the workplace (Brown, 2013). This means that, it is certainly unethical to prohibit the individuals from carrying their concealed weapons to the workplace. In a clear concise, individual should take conceal weapons by themselves to the workplace so that they may be able to deal with criminals or even protect themselves from emergency attacks.
