Logo redesign

I have a png of my logo and I need to have a portion re-centered. The martini glass and knife-fork needs to be centered over the EATEXPLOREDRINK.COM. I also would like a 2nd version of the entire logo that would be transparent to be used as an overlay… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator, Logo Design, Photoshop)
