    Does hook you?

As private investigator Oxford Hedgecock faces the crushing weight of addiction and the devastating depths of loss, he must negotiate the perilous path to healing.

To save himself and the things he cares about, he must face his demons directly as he is consumed by alcohol and haunted by the ghosts of his past.

Amid his broken life, he faces the darkness that could devour him on a terrifying path of self-discovery.

Unfortunately, his sanity is in jeopardy as he plunges further into the abyss and discovers long-buried secrets.

He needs to overcome his addiction and take back his life before it’s too late; otherwise, he will be haunted by the memories of his loved ones he has lost and the suffering he has caused.

But no matter how far he gets, the ghost of his past follows him, a continual reminder of all the misery he has brought about.

He learns the hard way that redemption is more of a journey than a destination as he fights to overcome his addiction. The journey is full of danger and uncertainty, but it also holds the promise of hope and rebirth.

He learns the hard way that facing his inner demons head-on and embracing the light of forgiveness and healing is the only way to truly find peace.

In this riveting story of addiction, loss, and redemption, the protagonist must face his darkest fears and that of his past if he wants to find salvation.

However, as he continues his journey, he finds himself ensnared in the darkness, where the boundary between heaven and hell becomes more porous and the cost of salvation could exceed his wildest expectations.

Hate me if you must, but you repeat the same at least six times. So no. But kudos for vocabulary plasticity.

Why don’t you note down the main ideas you want to represent in the blurb and express them just once? The reader wants to know what the book is about, not to get lost in a mirror hall. Your story has a lot of potential.
